H. J. Donovan-Fowell Goodbye Nora September 9, 2007

Dear Ralph et al,

I can't begin to express my feelings. Ralph, I greve with you at your loss, I really do. You two helped me on my way as I began my chosen career. You opened your door to me, welcoming me more than once into your home. I was that orphan that Mom and Dad adopted and then was accepted into the family by everyone, with no questions asked. Nora was one who simply opened her arms to me and gave me a feeling of belonging to a very fine and respected family. Nora and you were part of that, and so maybe you can understand how a kid with absolutely no future suddenly found himself with everything he ever wished for in life. Although Nora's gone and has joined all of the family who are at peace, I know we'll meet again. It's not over. Family love, such as ours endures through eternity. We will go on being a family forever. Remember, God said, "I, I am your consoler. How then can you be afraid? ( Isaiah 51, 12 thru 13 ) ( Jerusalem Bible) The Nora I knew would not want us to be sad. Rather, she would want to hear her loved ones laughter and happiness, and will be waiting for us when our turn comes.

God Bless you all, and thankyou Nora for all you did for me.

I will never forget.

We're sorry to hear of your Mom's passing.  Brian recently mentioned that Nora wasn't doing well.  Your Mom was a great person and I know many will miss her dearly.  Take some time to cherish her memory.

Linda Canham & Family Dan's Sister-in-Law September 5, 2007

I was fortunate to spend time with Nora on many visits to Dan and Sharon's place.  Nora was always smiling, and truly seemed happy with her life and her dear family.  I will miss Nora's smile and the way she always made me feel relaxed and calm.  What a great legacy she has left with her children and MANY wonderful grandchildren to whom she has given the gift of life!

We toasted Nora tonight with a beer at dinner!  May you all find comfort in the great memories you have of her, and in sharing them with each other.

Love and hugs, Linda Canham and Kevin Brown (Nolan and Bowen too)

Dear Ralph and Family,

We are so very sorry for your loss.  I know we will really miss her, but we are glad she is now at peace with no pain.

I can just hear her up there telling everyone how her dear Bonnie, was able to terorize a 90lb Bouvier.

Love to all Donna and Harry
